How to make a self-care box

Some days are harder than others and sometimes you just need that extra bit of tlc!
We’ve found that making a self care box can really come in handy when you need that little pick me up.

Step 1:

Find yourself a strong, medium side box and decorate it to your own personal taste.

Step 2:

Fill up your box with items that make you feel good. Here are some examples:

  • A journal so you can write down your thoughts

  • A weighted blanket which can help if you’re feeling particularly anxious

  • Bath bomb

  • Massage oils

  • Face masks

  • Tissues

  • Healing crystals

  • Your favourite snacks

  • Pictures of great memories

Step 3:

Write yourself a letter and pop it in the top of the box. Remind yourself that there will be good days and bad, this is just a moment and tell yourself how important and strong you are. 

Congratulations! You have now made a pro self-care box ,ready for those days you need a pick-me-up.
